USDT Prize Payment Notice
This notice explains how prizes are paid in Tether (USDT) for the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway operated by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our"), and the important risks involved in receiving digital assets.
1. Payment Asset and Network
1.1. Prizes are paid exclusively in Tether (USDT). The specific blockchain network (for example, ERC-20, TRC-20, or another supported network) is selected and confirmed by our administrator before payout. Winners must select the supported network when submitting wallet details through the secure winner workflow.
1.2. We may change the supported network for operational, security, or legal reasons, provided we give the winner reasonable notice and the selected network remains lawful for the transaction.
1.3. We do not support payments in fiat currency, other cryptocurrencies, or tokens other than USDT on the selected network, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us in writing.
2. Network Warning — Risk of Permanent Loss
2.1. SENDING OR RECEIVING USDT ON THE WRONG NETWORK MAY RESULT IN THE PERMANENT AND IRRECOVERABLE LOSS OF FUNDS. You must confirm that your wallet supports the selected network before submitting your address. We are not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect or incompatible address or network provided by you.
2.2. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it generally cannot be reversed, recalled, or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify the destination address, network, and amount before submission.
2.3. If you are unsure whether your wallet supports the selected network, you should contact your wallet provider before submitting your address. We cannot recover funds sent to an incompatible address or network.
3. Wallet Address Submission
3.1. Wallet details are requested only from verified Provisional Winners, through a secure workflow. You will be asked to enter your wallet address twice, and we will validate the address format for the selected network. Address confirmation is your responsibility.
3.2. You must provide a wallet address that you control. We strongly recommend against using exchange deposit addresses, third-party custodial addresses, or addresses that do not explicitly support the selected network.
3.3. You must not submit a wallet address by email, social media, telephone, or any other channel. Submit wallet details only through the official secure workflow on this Site.
4. Security — Keys and Phrases
4.1. We never store or request private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, or other wallet credentials. We will never ask you for them. Anyone asking for your private key or recovery phrase in connection with this Promotion is attempting to defraud you.
4.2. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and credentials. Keep your private keys and recovery phrases offline, secure, and confidential.
5. Value, Fees, and Timing
5.1. The value of USDT and other digital assets may fluctuate. The prize is denominated in USDT and no fiat value is guaranteed.
5.2. Blockchain transactions may be subject to network fees, which are typically paid by the sender but may affect the amount received. We aim to send the full prize amount, but we are not responsible for network congestion, gas-price spikes, or other third-party fees.
5.3. We will use reasonable endeavours to execute payments promptly after winner confirmation, but we do not guarantee a specific timeframe. Delays may occur for security review, legal compliance, or treasury scheduling.
6. Treasury and Review
6.1. Payments are made through a separate authorised treasury process after administrator review. For each payout we record the amount, asset, network, destination address, timestamp, and transaction hash.
6.2. We may require additional internal approvals for large transactions, transactions to higher-risk jurisdictions, or transactions involving politically exposed persons or other enhanced-risk factors.
7. Tax and Reporting
7.1. You are responsible for any tax, reporting, or regulatory obligations arising from receipt of USDT. We may report or withhold as required by law.
7.2. We may provide transaction records to assist your own tax compliance, but this does not constitute tax advice.
8. Lawfulness and Refusal
8.1. You are responsible for confirming that receiving USDT is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may refuse to send a prize if we reasonably believe that doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, or regulatory requirements.
8.2. If we refuse to send a prize for legal reasons, the prize may be forfeited or retained in accordance with the Official Rules.
