Age Assurance & Protection of Minors

Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to preventing participation by minors in the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway (the "Promotion") and to protecting the personal data of young people.

1. Minimum Age

1.1. Entry is strictly limited to persons aged eighteen (18) years, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher. Entrants must affirmatively confirm at entry that they meet this requirement.

1.2. We do not accept entries from persons who have not reached the applicable minimum age. Any such entry is void and will be deleted along with associated personal data as soon as reasonably practicable.

1.3. The minimum age applies both at the time of entry and at the time of any prize award. If a person who entered the Promotion is later found to have been below the minimum age at entry, the entry is void.

2. Age Checks

2.1. We collect date of birth at entry and validate the stated age against the minimum age requirement.

2.2. Provisional Winners may be required to provide additional age verification before a prize is paid. Age verification may include requesting:

- a government-issued identity document that includes a date of birth;

- a credit-agency or identity-verification check;

- a live selfie or video verification matched to the identity document; or

- other reliable sources as we reasonably determine.

2.3. We may use age-estimation, age-verification, or identity-verification services provided by third parties under appropriate contractual safeguards.

3. No Knowing Processing of Minors' Data

3.1. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of persons under the applicable minimum age for the Promotion.

3.2. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person below the applicable minimum age, we will:

- delete the entry and disqualify it from the draw;

- delete the personal data promptly, subject to any legal requirement to retain it; and

- take steps to prevent further participation by that person.

3.3. We may take technical and organisational measures to prevent minors from accessing the entry form, including age-gating, date-of-birth validation, and verification controls.

4. Parental and Guardian Concerns

4.1. If you are a parent, guardian, or responsible adult and you believe that a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us via the Contact & Complaints page so that we can take appropriate action.

4.2. We will respond promptly to such reports and will delete the minor's data unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Promotion Is Not a Children's Service

5.1. The Promotion is not directed at children or minors. Our marketing and communications are directed at adults of legal age.

5.2. We do not knowingly collect special-category data from minors and do not use child-directed marketing techniques.
