Modern Slavery & Human Rights Statement
Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to opposing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and other human-rights abuses in its operations and supply chains for the "England vs Norway" promotional giveaway (the "Promotion").
1. Our Commitment
1.1. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking in any part of our operations or supply chain.
1.2. We respect internationally recognised human rights, including those set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
1.3. We seek to avoid complicity in human-rights abuses and to use our influence to encourage ethical conduct by those with whom we do business.

2.1. This statement applies to the Promotion and to the service providers and suppliers engaged in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to hosting, email delivery, identity verification, and technology providers.
2.2. We recognise that modern slavery and human trafficking can take many forms and may occur in any sector or jurisdiction.
3. Service Providers and Suppliers
3.1. We expect the service providers and suppliers we engage in connection with the Promotion to uphold equivalent standards and to comply with applicable human-rights, labour, and anti-slavery laws.
3.2. We may assess providers' human-rights practices as part of our selection and due-diligence processes, where appropriate and proportionate.
3.3. We may terminate relationships with providers who fail to meet these standards or who are found to be involved in modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking.
4. Reporting Concerns
4.1. Anyone with concerns about modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or other human-rights issues connected to the Promotion may report them via the Contact & Complaints page.
4.2. Reports are treated seriously and confidentially where possible. We will investigate concerns and take appropriate action, which may include escalating to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
4.3. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.
5. Training and Awareness
5.1. Where appropriate, we raise awareness among our personnel and key service providers about the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and the importance of reporting concerns.

6.1. This statement reflects our position for the duration of the Promotion and may be updated as our practices evolve or as legal requirements change.
