Press & Brand Guidelines
These guidelines govern how media, partners, influencers, and other third parties may refer to the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway (the "Promotion") operated by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our").
1. Accurate and Non-Misleading Description
1.1. Any reference to the Promotion must be accurate and must not be misleading. In particular, any public reference must make clear that:
- the Promotion is conditional and triggers only if England officially loses to Norway in the designated Match;
- no purchase, deposit, or wager is required to enter or win;
- prizes are paid in USDT subject to verification and legal compliance; and
- the Promotion is operated solely by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l..
1.2. The total prize pool should be described accurately as 500,000 USDT across five winners, with each confirmed winner receiving 100,000 USDT.
1.3. Do not state or imply that the Promotion is guaranteed to run, that a prize is guaranteed to any individual, or that entry guarantees any benefit.
2. No Implied Affiliation
2.1. You must not imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with:
- Stake or any gambling or betting operator;
- FIFA, UEFA, the Football Association, the Norges Fotballforbund, or any other football body;
- any football club, league, or player;
- any social-media platform or technology platform; or
- any other third party not expressly authorised in writing by us.
2.2. All trademarks, names, and logos used in connection with the Promotion belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
2.3. The Promotion is independent and operated solely by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l.. Any suggestion that it is run, endorsed, or sponsored by a third party is prohibited.
3. Use of the Promoter's Name and Marks
3.1. The Promoter's name and any associated marks may be used only to accurately identify the operator of the Promotion.
3.2. You must not use the Promoter's name or marks in a way that is deceptive, misleading, defamatory, or that suggests an endorsement of a third party, product, or service.
3.3. You must not alter, distort, or combine the Promoter's name or marks with other material without our prior written consent.
4. Compliance with Law and Platform Rules
4.1. Any reference to or promotion of the Promotion must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer-protection, gambling, sanctions, and data-protection laws.
4.2. You must comply with the terms and policies of any platform on which you refer to the Promotion, including disclosure requirements for paid or sponsored content.
4.3. You must not target or promote the Promotion to persons under the applicable minimum age, or to persons in excluded jurisdictions.

5.2. We reserve the right to request corrections or removal of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorised references to the Promotion.
6. Changes to These Guidelines
6.1. We may update these guidelines from time to time. The version and date at the top of this document indicate the current version. Continued reference to the Promotion after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
