Accessibility Statement
Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to making the "England vs Norway" giveaway website (the "Site") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and those using assistive technologies.
1. Accessibility Standard
1.1. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This standard covers aspects such as colour contrast, text resizing, meaningful structure, labelled form fields, keyboard navigation, and compatibility with screen readers.
1.2. We also seek to follow accessibility best practices beyond the minimum standard where practicable.
2. Measures We Take
2.1. Our accessibility measures include:
- semantic HTML structure with clear headings and landmarks;
- visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link;
- form inputs with associated labels, instructions, and error messaging;
- respect for user preferences such as reduced motion;
- avoidance of content that flashes or relies on colour alone to convey meaning;
- text alternatives for meaningful non-text content;
- keyboard-operable interactive elements;
- logical tab order and focus management; and
- responsive design that supports text resizing and reflow.
2.2. We use automated testing tools and manual review (including keyboard navigation and screen-reader checks) to identify and address accessibility issues.
2.3. We involve accessibility considerations in design, development, and content review for the Site.
3. Known Limitations
3.1. Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment and work to address issues as they are identified.
3.2. Third-party embedded content, linked documents, or external services may not be fully accessible. We encourage feedback on such content and will work with providers where possible.
3.3. Some older browsers, assistive technologies, or device configurations may not support every feature of the Site. We recommend using an up-to-date browser and assistive technology for the best experience.
4. Feedback and Contact
4.1. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us via the Contact & Complaints page. Describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the technology you are using.
4.2. We will respond promptly and will endeavour to provide the information or function you need in an accessible way.
4.3. We may work with you to identify a reasonable alternative where a direct fix is not immediately feasible.
5. Continuous Improvement
5.1. We review the Site periodically for accessibility and update our design and content practices to improve the experience for all users.
5.2. Accessibility is a shared responsibility. We welcome constructive feedback from users, advocates, and experts.
