Staying safe from scams
Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. takes the security of every entrant seriously. This page sets out exactly how we communicate, how prizes are paid, and how to authenticate any message that claims to be from us. If anything contradicts what is written here, it is not us.
We never ask for payment
Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. will never ask you to pay any fee, tax, customs charge, "release fee", shipping cost, or deposit to enter this promotion or to receive a prize. Participation is free of charge and prizes are delivered in full. Any demand for payment in connection with this promotion is fraudulent.
We never ask for your passwords or keys
We will never ask for your wallet private keys, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or account passwords. Anyone requesting these is attempting to steal from you. Keep them secret at all times and never enter them on any website.
Prizes are paid only in USDT to your wallet
Prizes are paid solely in Tether (USDT) to a wallet address that you provide and cryptographically verify. We do not pay by bank transfer, gift card, or any other method, and we do not deduct "processing" or "network" charges from the prize.

If you are selected, you will be contacted only by Maurizio T or a member of the Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. team, using the single official address maurizio@crewed.io. No other person, email, or social account is authorised to contact you about this promotion.
The entry-reference rule
Every genuine winner communication will cite the last 5 characters of your entry reference (for example, the "BCC6" in GV-MRNT8IF6-A1A84B47BCC6). If a message claims to be from us but does not include those last 5 digits of your reference, it is not from us — disregard it and report it.
Impersonation is possible
Fraudsters can fake our name, copy this website, and spoof email addresses so they appear to come from us. A message looking official is not proof of authenticity. Always confirm the last-5-digits rule and the single official email above before acting on any instruction.
Warning signs of a scam
- ✗Anyone demanding money, a "tax", a "customs fee", or a "release fee" to claim a prize.
- ✗Messages from any email address other than maurizio@crewed.io, or from Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or X requesting payment.
- ✗Requests for your wallet private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase — we never need these.
- ✗A "winner" message that does not include the last 5 digits of your entry reference.
- ✗Websites or forms asking you to "pre-register" with a payment or to "unlock" a prize.
- ✗Calls or messages claiming you have won a prize you never entered, or pressuring you to act immediately.
Verify it is really us
The only official website for this promotion is enter.crewed.io. The only official email is maurizio@crewed.io. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, do not respond — open this site directly in your browser and contact us through the official channels below. If you are a winner, complete your steps only in the secure winner portal (the link in your winner email), never by replying to an email or by following a link sent elsewhere.
Report suspicious activity
If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent this promotion and requesting payment, keys, or personal data, report it immediately to maurizio@crewed.io and to the relevant authority in your country. You can also forward the message to us so we can investigate.
