These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and its related services (the "Site"), operated by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

- "Site" means this website, its pages, subdomains, associated application programming interfaces, and related services operated by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion.

- "Promotion" means the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway governed by the Official Rules.

1.2. Terms defined in the Official Rules have the same meaning in these Terms unless the context requires otherwise.

3.3. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4.4. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your security obligations.

10.2. This indemnity survives termination of your use of the Site.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, the Official Rules, or any applicable law, or if your conduct poses a risk to the Site or other users.

11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately, but all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights.

12.2. Disputes are handled as described in the Arbitration & Disputes notice. Before commencing any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.

12.3. Nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or to refer a matter to a competent consumer or data-protection authority where such rights are guaranteed by mandatory law.

13. Changes to These Terms

13.1. We may update these Terms at any time. The version and date shown at the top of this document indicate the current version. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Site.
