Cancellation & Withdrawal

This notice explains your right to withdraw from the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway (the "Promotion") operated by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our"), and our right to cancel or suspend the Promotion.

1. Your Right to Withdraw Your Entry

1.1. You may withdraw your entry at any time before the draw by requesting withdrawal and deletion of your personal data via the data-request page on this website, subject to any legal retention obligations.

1.2. Once you withdraw, your entry will not be included in the draw. You will not be eligible to win a prize based on that entry.

1.3. Withdrawal must be made using the same email address used to enter, and we may require verification of your identity before acting on the request, to prevent fraudulent withdrawals.

1.4. Withdrawal does not affect any entries you may have submitted under a different email address, but multiple entries by the same person are prohibited in any event.

2. Withdrawal of Marketing Consent

2.1. You may withdraw your optional marketing consent at any time without affecting the validity of your entry or your chances of winning. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

2.2. To withdraw marketing consent, use the preference link in any marketing email, the Cookie Preferences page, or the data-request facility.

2.3. After withdrawal, we will stop sending marketing communications to you as soon as practicable, subject to applicable law and any necessary suppression records.

3. Effect of Withdrawal

3.1. Withdrawal removes your entry from the Promotion. It does not affect prizes already lawfully awarded to other entrants, and it does not create any right to compensation, damages, or alternative benefit.

3.2. If you withdraw after the draw has taken place, you will not be eligible for any prize from that draw, even if your entry was selected as a provisional or reserve winner before we process your withdrawal.

3.3. We will confirm the withdrawal to you by email, where possible, and will delete your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Notice and the Data Retention & Deletion notice, subject to legal retention obligations.

4. Our Right to Cancel or Suspend the Promotion

4.1. We may cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the Promotion where:

- it is legally necessary to do so;

- the Trigger Condition is not satisfied;

- the Match is abandoned, voided, postponed, or amended so that the Trigger Condition is not met;

- we are affected by fraud, abuse, or security incidents;

- we experience technical failure that materially affects the integrity of the Promotion;

- a force majeure event occurs; or

- any other event beyond our reasonable control prevents the fair or lawful conduct of the Promotion.

4.2. Any cancellation, suspension, modification, or extension will be carried out subject to applicable law and your mandatory consumer rights. We will communicate material decisions through the website and, where appropriate, to entrants.

4.3. If the Promotion is cancelled or not triggered, the only remedy available to entrants is removal of their entry from the draw. No compensation, damages, or alternative prize is payable unless required by law.

5. Consumer Rights

5.1. Nothing in this notice limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by these terms.
