Prize Fulfilment & Tax Notice
This notice describes how prizes are fulfilled and sets out your responsibilities regarding tax, reporting, and lawfulness, for the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway operated by Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our").
1. Conditions of Fulfilment
1.1. Prizes are fulfilled only if the Trigger Condition (England's official loss to Norway) is satisfied, and only after a Provisional Winner has successfully completed verification as described in the Winner Verification Process and the Official Rules.
1.2. We reserve the right to withhold payment until all required information, documentation, clearances, and internal approvals are complete and satisfactory to us.
1.3. Payment is not guaranteed until the transaction has been authorised, executed, and confirmed on the relevant blockchain.
2. Form and Amount of Prize
2.1. Each confirmed winner is entitled to receive one hundred thousand Tether (100,000 USDT), paid on a blockchain network selected and confirmed by our administrator before payout. The total prize pool is 500,000 USDT across five winners.
2.2. Digital-asset values can fluctuate. The prize is denominated in USDT; we do not guarantee any fiat-currency equivalent value at any time. Winners bear any exchange-rate risk, conversion costs, or value fluctuation after transfer.
2.3. Prizes are personal to the winner and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, pledged, or otherwise encumbered to any other person.
2.4. No person may receive more than one prize in this Promotion.
3. Network and Wallet Compatibility
3.1. The specific blockchain network (for example, an ERC-20 or TRC-20 network) will be selected and confirmed by our administrator before payout. Winners must select the supported network when submitting wallet details.
3.2. Sending USDT to an address on the wrong network may result in permanent and irreversible loss. You must ensure that your wallet supports the selected network before submitting your address. We are not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect or incompatible address or network.
3.3. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it generally cannot be reversed. It is your responsibility to verify the destination address, network, and amount before submission.
4. Taxes and Reporting
4.1. Winners are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax, duty, withholding, declaration, or reporting obligations arising from receipt of a prize in their jurisdiction.
4.2. Depending on your jurisdiction, the prize may be treated as income, a capital gain, a gift, or otherwise for tax purposes. You should consult a qualified tax adviser in your jurisdiction.
4.3. Where required by applicable law, we may withhold amounts and/or report prize payments to relevant authorities (for example, under applicable information-reporting or anti-money-laundering regimes). We may require tax-related information, such as a tax identification number or residency certificate, as a condition of payment.
4.4. Nothing in this notice requires us to pay any tax, duty, penalty, or other charge on a winner's behalf. Winners are responsible for the costs of complying with their own tax obligations, including any professional fees.
4.5. We may provide a winner with a record of the transaction (such as the transaction hash, amount, and date) to assist with the winner's own record-keeping, but this does not constitute tax advice.
5. Lawfulness of Receiving USDT
5.1. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that receiving, holding, converting, and using USDT is lawful in your jurisdiction. If receipt would be unlawful for any reason, you may be unable to accept the prize.
5.2. We may refuse to pay a prize where we reasonably believe that the payment would violate applicable law, sanctions, or regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction or ours.
6. Non-Transferability and Forfeiture
6.1. Prizes are personal to the winner, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, with no cash alternative except at our discretion or where required by law.
6.2. Failure to complete verification, provide required information, or provide a valid and compatible wallet address within the stated period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6.3. If a prize is forfeited, we may select an alternative winner from the reserve list, or retain the prize for future Promoter disposition in accordance with the Official Rules and applicable law.
7. Treasury Process and Records
7.1. Payments are made through a separate authorised treasury process after administrator review. For each payout we record the amount, asset, network, destination address, timestamp, transaction hash, and internal approval trail.
7.2. Large or unusual transactions may require additional internal approvals before execution.
7.3. We may publish or share transaction records only as required by law, for audit purposes, or with the winner in connection with the prize.
