Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your conduct when using the website of Aetheria Media Holdings S.r.l. ("we", "us", "our") for the "England vs Norway" conditional promotional giveaway (the "Promotion"). It supplements the Terms of Use and the Official Rules.
1. Prohibited Conduct
1.1. You must not do any of the following in connection with the Site or the Promotion:
- submit false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information, or enter on behalf of another person without authority;
- create or use multiple identities, accounts, or email addresses to submit multiple entries or exceed the entry limit;
- use bots, scripts, automation, entry farms, click farms, or any mechanical or electronic means to enter, gain an advantage, or disrupt the Promotion;
- impersonate any person or entity, including the Promoter, its staff, Stake, or any third party;
- attempt to circumvent eligibility, age, geographic, sanctions, fraud, or other controls;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent security, authentication, or access controls;
- introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the Site;
- place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Site's infrastructure;
- use the Promotion or the Site for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
- harvest, scrape, or misuse the personal data of other entrants or users;
- send spam, unsolicited communications, or harassing messages through the Site or in connection with the Promotion;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; or
- assist, encourage, or procure any other person to do any of the above.
1.2. You must comply with all applicable laws, sanctions, and regulations when using the Site and entering the Promotion.
2. Consequences of Breach
2.1. Breach of this Policy may result in one or more of the following:
- disqualification from the Promotion and removal of entries from the draw;
- forfeiture of any prize or provisional prize claim;
- suspension or termination of access to the Site;
- referral to competent authorities, including regulators, law enforcement, and tax authorities;
- legal action to recover losses or enforce our rights; and
- any other action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Promotion.
2.2. We may take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, and fairness of the Promotion, including the removal of suspicious entries without prior notice.
2.3. We may preserve and disclose information to authorities if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or respond to unlawful activity or to comply with a legal obligation.
3. Reporting Abuse
3.1. Please report suspected abuse, fraud, security vulnerabilities, or breaches of this Policy via the Contact & Complaints page. Provide as much detail as possible, including dates, email addresses, entry references, and any supporting evidence.
3.2. We treat reports seriously and will investigate where appropriate. We may not be able to provide feedback on the outcome of an investigation for legal, privacy, or security reasons.
4. Cooperation with Investigations
4.1. You agree to cooperate with any reasonable investigation by us or by competent authorities into suspected breaches of this Policy or applicable law.
4.2. Failure to cooperate may itself be treated as a breach of this Policy.
5. Changes to This Policy
5.1. We may update this Policy from time to time. The version and date at the top of this document indicate the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
